2014 Memories on the Back 20:

The colorfully painted bus in Kenny Chesney’s featured music video is a salute to psychadelic 60’s icon Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters.  Ken Kesey is the author of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

In 2014, Jimmy Fallon became the 6th and current host of The Tonight Show.  He also brought the show back to New York City, and as musical backup, instead of an orchestra, he chose as house band called The Roots.

2014 was the year that the CIA started an official Twitter page with the first tweet being, “We can neither confirm nor deny that this is our first Tweet.”  More Fed snarkiness would follow from this bunch of wise-spys.
