Angry Birds became a cellular addiction in 2019 (released in December of 2009). It was downloaded over 3 billion times in the next 5 years.
Jeff Bridges is the new Rooster Cogburn in the movie True Grit, reprising the roll John Wayne made famous. He was joined by Matt Damon (in Glen Campbell’s previous roll) and 13 year old Hailee Steinfeld. The movie was nominated for 10 Academy Awards but won none of them.
