Amazon sold its very first book in 1995. 25 years later, Amazon sold 89 Million.  The first book sold was Fluid Concepts and Creative Analogies: Computer Models of the Fundamental Mechanisms of Thought.  This page turner was sold to a computer programmer in California.

Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment and Warner Brothers collaborated to debut Pinky & The Brain.  This animated cartoon, created by Tom Reuger, was about two genetically enhanced lab mice that scheme to take over the world and always fail and start over.
