Alaska SeaLife Center Open For Business On YouTube Daily

The Alaska SeaLife Center is closing its doors until further notice to combat the spread of COVID-19. Instead, the center will begin offering free virtual visits every day, online.

Each day they will begin and end with aquarium shots of different animals living in their habitats, hosted on their center’s YouTube page.

From noon until 2 p.m. the center’s Education Department will host a show about Alaska’s marine ecosystem.  After the program ends, the center will continue to air its aquariums for three more hours until 5 p.m.  Virtual classes from previous days will be posted on the YouTube page also.
