Zac Brown fell in love with Alaska and has built his home in Homer, Alaska.  The problem is a public access trail that runs through his property.   Now that the word is out where his home is located,  he is constantly dealing with trespassers and at least 50 cars a day driving up to his driveway to take pictures.  Zac took his issue to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission.  In a vote of 5-4, Zac was denied the request to make access along his property private.
